2023.09.16 - 11.11 THE STUDIO邀請到了藝術家Michael Vincent Manalo(MVM) 展出他的〈追逐夢想〉壓克力＋AR系列作品；THE STUDIO作為美食與藝術的私廚空間，此次將與Michael合作，以〈追逐夢想〉為主題，將藝術家展覽中的元素幻化為桌上美食，給予賓客們視覺與味覺的沈浸式體驗。

Michael:「創作者夢總是孤獨，但又使人獨立的。」曾旅居各地的Michael在每個文化交匯、每位相識的人、每一次挑戰中，慢慢萃取出屬於自己的故事。
關於這段旅程，大腦能儲存的回憶有限，所以我們依賴味蕾，將每道菜餚化為感官時光機，重溫情感和回憶。
加入這場充滿自然、美食、回憶的沈浸式餐會，與Michael共同品味充滿奇遇的旅程，細緻感受每個目的地的氛圍。
Michael: 'The dream of a creator is often solitary, yet it makes one independent.' Fortunately, having lived in various places, Michael slowly extracts his unique story from the intersections of cultures, the people he meets, and the challenges he faces. Since our brain's capacity to store travel memories is limited, we rely on our taste buds. Each dish becomes a sensory time machine, allowing us to relive emotions and memories. Join this immersive event filled with nature, cuisine, and memories, and savor the adventurous journey with Michael, immersing in the atmosphere of each destination.
