There are moments when conversations go beyond small talk — when stories, perspectives, and lived experiences open up something deeper within us. At The Gallery, we want to create more of these moments. A space where people from different paths come together to listen, reflect, and connect.

From record-breaking heatwaves in Europe to devastating wildfires in Indonesia, the effects of climate change are becoming impossible to ignore. But resilience is about more than simply surviving challenges. It's about learning how to adapt, evolve, and thrive in an ever-changing world. What does resilience really mean — not just for our planet, but for ourselves, our workplaces, and the communities we belong to? Join us for an inspiring conversation with Dr. Bernice Maxton-Lee, award-winning educator and sustainability thought leader, who describes her work as “teaching people how to survive and thrive.” Drawing on her personal journey of living and working across different countries, Bernice will share her perspectives on navigating change, building resilience, and rethinking what sustainability means in our everyday lives. Together, we'll explore: 🌱 What resilience means in the context of sustainability 🌍 How individuals, businesses, and societies can adapt to a changing world 💡 The questions we should be asking to build a more resilient future Whether you're navigating change in your career, leading a team, or simply curious about how we can create a more sustainable future, this conversation is for you.
