Our chef Jessica, who has lived and traveled around India, will prepare 6 courses menu plus 1 drink from Northern and Southern India such as Kerala parotta, egg fried curry, and keema mater. The most significant dish is Malai Kofta. It is made of a mix of mashed potato, and Indian style cheese (Paneer), raisins, and nuts and soaked in a flavorful curried tomato cream gravy. Those Indian cuisines make our private kitchen an amazing aroma in the air.
