菜色靈感來自文藝復興,人類文明全面開花的時期,代表新時代的開啟,也符合今年第一套新菜單的意象。
不拘泥於舊規則或料理型態,以人為本,反應在 THE STUDIO 一慣的混血料理中,以台灣人的日常生活為核心,挖掘食材的美味與驚喜。
