【自動繪畫】 自動繪畫是一種迷人的藝術技巧，在創作即興和未經計劃的繪畫時，讓潛意識引導雙手，放下預設的想法，產生令人驚喜的藝術品。 Automatic painting is an art technique that allows the subconscious to guide your hands in creating spontaneous and unplanned artwork, letting go of preconceived ideas and yielding surprising masterpieces.

將「抽象」的情感轉化為「實體」形式，實際上是一種技巧，因此每件藝術品都是藝術家獨特的思維展示。自動繪畫工作坊捕捉了「追夢」展覽創作過程的各個階段，並邀請合作的藝術家 Michael 帶領大家體驗藝術轉化的思考和樂趣。

【材料】 工作坊會幫大家準備好各種繪圖工具、紙張 如鉛筆、筆、炭筆、螢光筆或蠟筆，參與者可以選擇與他們共鳴的媒介， 亦可攜帶自己習慣使用的美術用具。

每個繪畫階段約為10分鐘，參與者將以自動繪畫技巧，由意識引導藝術創作，並於最後分享自己的作品，和故事。

請以開放及樂於分享的心態參加這個藝術體驗。參與者在分享他們對生活的追尋故事之後，須守默一段時間。這代表在創作過程中不得交談，讓參與者能充分沉浸於心靈活動中。

Transforming "abstract" emotions into "concrete" forms is indeed a skill, making each artwork a unique expression of the artist's thoughts. The automated painting workshop captures the various stages of the creative process for the "Chasing Dreams" exhibition and invites collaborating artist Michael to lead everyone in experiencing the art transformation's contemplation and joy.

The workshop provides various drawing tools and paper, such as pencils, pens, charcoal, highlighters, or crayons. Participants can choose the medium that resonates with them or bring their preferred art supplies.

Each drawing stage lasts about 10 minutes, during which participants will use automatic drawing techniques guided by their subconscious. They will then share their creations and stories at the end.

Please participate in this art form experience with an open mind and a willingness to share. Please note that in this event, after sharing stories of what they want in life, the participants have to make a vow of silence for a given time. That means no talking during the creation process so that they can fully immerse themselves in this mind-opening activity.
