Soundmarks Audio-Visual Live Performance
Three artists, specializing in creating immersive visual and sound art, will be live at The Art Space for an unforgettable and experiential night. We welcome you to come see the following artists:
#HUNG Tzu Ni Hung Tzu Ni is an installation artist based in Taiwan whose work explores the reciprocal relationship formed between light and sound. Her practice in installation art primarily concerns the surface, structure of light, how an image can be physically (de)constructed and how visual or spatial components of a work can be made responsive to and interactive with aural elements.
#HUANG Wei Graduated from the Department of New Media Art of Taipei National University of the Arts. Specializing in audio-visual performances, interactive image design, and installations, his works are based on his observations of life. Through visual perception, extraordinary images become part of daily life. In his works, he emphasizes perception and sensory experiences. Moreover, he is devoted to creating algorithm-based performances that combine images and sound.
#CHENG Daoyuan A Taipei-based multimedia creator whose works spans experimental sound performance, installation, and visual creation. At the core of Cheng’s art is the convergence of two distinct planes into a coherent form, striving to immerse himself in the here and now, while simultaneously, and paradoxically, seeking to exile himself in this non-existent time and space: where the true equates to the false, where to exist means to be extinguished.
