這次菜單由Chef Jessica 與Sous Chef Jamin與甜點師Anne一起設計,炎熱的夏季是果物豐盛的季節,酸甜多汁或柔嫩爽脆,是豐饒大地的最佳贈禮,從開胃小點、到主菜、甜點,我們使用了芒果、西瓜、水梨、木瓜、奇異果等多種夏季水果入菜,希望帶給大家味覺上的驚喜。
This menu was designed by Chef Jessica, Sous Chef Jamin, and dessert chef Anne. Hot summers in Taiwan are peak season for fruits, be it tangy and juicy or soft and sweet, so journey with us from our appetizer, mains, to dessert where we explore the qualities of mango, watermelon, pear, papaya, kiwi, and other summer fruits.
